Ownership of the website
In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, “LSSI”), we inform you that this website/ (hereinafter, the “Website” or the “Portal”) is owned by QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. with N.I.F. B-66384884, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona Volume 44,510, Folio 137, Sheet Number 458256 Inscription 1, whose registered office is located at Carrer Font de Sant Pere nº14, 08500 Vic (Barcelona).
Use of the portal
This Legal Notice (hereinafter, “Legal Notice”), establishes the conditions that regulate the use of the information society services that QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. makes available to users through the Website.
Likewise, we inform you that the aspects related to the processing of Users’ personal data due to the use of this Website are regulated in a separate section called: “Privacy Policy“.
Thus, access to and use of the Website implies that the user thereof (hereinafter, the “User”) fully accepts and undertakes to fully comply with the Privacy Policy, as well as the instructions or recommendations indicated in each specific case.
QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the Website and its contents, configuration and presentation, including this Legal Notice, so we recommend reading it before each access and navigation.
The User undertakes not to use the Website for fraudulent purposes, as well as not to carry out any conduct that could damage the image, interests and rights of QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. or third parties, undertaking to use the Portal, the services and the contents included therein in a diligent, correct and lawful manner. In particular, the User undertakes to refrain from: suppressing, evading or manipulating the “copyright” and other identifying data of the rights of its owners incorporated into the contents of the Portal, as well as the technical protection devices, or any information mechanisms that may include said contents. Likewise, the User undertakes not to perform any act in order to damage, disable or overload the Website, or that prevents, in any way, the normal use and operation thereof.
In the event that you breach this Legal Notice, or QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. reasonably suspects that you are breaching it, QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Website, adopting any technical measure that guarantees this end. Likewise, QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. reserves the right to decide, at any time, on the continuity of the services it provides through the Portal.
Intellectual and industrial property
The intellectual property rights over the arrangement of the contents of the Website, its graphic design, the distinctive signs (brands and trade names), the underlying computer programs (including source codes), as well as the different elements that make up the Portal (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc.) correspond to QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L., or has, where appropriate, the right to use and exploit them, and in this sense constitute works protected by current intellectual and industrial property legislation.
The use of the Website by the User in no way implies the assignment of intellectual and/or industrial property rights over the Portal, its contents and/or the distinctive signs of QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L.. To this effect, by means of this Legal Notice, except in those cases in which it is legally permitted, the User is expressly prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, making available, extracting and/or reusing the Website, its contents and/or the distinctive signs of QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L..
The reproduction of elements or contents of the Website carried out for profit or commercial purposes is expressly and strictly prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Website is carried out at all times under his/her sole risk and responsibility, so QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. is not responsible for the misuse or improper use that may be made of the Portal.
In particular, QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. will not be responsible for:
- Damages of any kind caused to the User’s computer equipment by viruses, Trojans or any other harmful element. The User acknowledges that the use of the Internet network implies the assumption of a risk that their computer equipment may be affected by the elements mentioned above. To this effect, it corresponds to the User, in any case, the availability of adequate tools for the detection and elimination of harmful electronic programs.
- Damages of any kind caused to the User that are caused by failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service during the provision thereof or prior thereto. In this regard, the User acknowledges that access to the Portal requires services provided by third parties outside the control of QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L.
- The inclusion of content on the Website does not in any way constitute the provision of an advisory service. The User acknowledges that, to the extent that the application of the Law to specific cases is not automatic, but may vary depending on very diverse circumstances, the information collected in the contents is insufficient for making decisions of any nature. Therefore, the information included in the contents cannot be considered as an alternative to advice, and QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. advises the User against making decisions based on the information collected in the contents without obtaining adequate professional advice.

The Website may include technical linking devices (links) that allow the User to access other pages and Internet portals. In these cases, QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with article 17 of the LSSI, and will only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has effective knowledge of the illegality and has not deactivated the link with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illicit or inappropriate content, please notify QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. through info@qualirion.com. In no case, this communication will entail the obligation to remove the corresponding link.
The existence of links on the web in no way implies that QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. has effective or any other type of knowledge of the services and contents thereof in case of illegality, nor that it necessarily maintains agreements with the managers or owners. Nor does the existence of such links imply recommendation, promotion, identification or conformity of QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. with the statements, contents or services provided through them. The User and, in general, any natural or legal person who intends to establish a link from their page or site to the Portal, must obtain prior written authorization from QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. The establishment of said link does not imply in any case the existence of relations between QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. and the owner or holder of the site or page in which it is established, nor the acceptance or approval by QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. of its contents or services.

Applicable legislation
The use of the Website is governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and it will be understood that, by the use of the Portal, the User agrees that any conflict or litigation that arises between the user and QUALIRION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.L. will be treated by the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the applicable legislation.
In the event that any of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice is declared null, the removal or replacement thereof will proceed. In any case, said declaration of nullity will not affect the validity of the rest of the provisions included in this Legal Notice.
